Job Title: Customer Service

Job overview:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. You will be the first point of contact for users via Live Chat and Telegram, helping them with account-related inquiries, promotions, and troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to communicate and write clearly in English, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through chat platforms
2. Handle complaints professionally, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure proper documentation
3. Provide accurate information regarding ongoing promotions, benefits, and platform procedures
4. Monitor, follow up, and ensure resolution of customer requests
5. Use backend and frontend systems to assist customers
6. Communicate system-related issues to the team lead quickly
7. Collaborate internally with relevant departments, such as finance or tech support
8. Adhere to customer service policies and data protection standards
9. Prioritize multiple chats and manage time effectively during high-volume periods
10. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service quality

1. Able to communicate and write in English

3. Experience in customer service or support roles preferred

4. Experience in digital platforms such as e-commerce, fintech, or online entertainment is a plus

5. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

6. Must have own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection

7. Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
