The Amazon Shopping organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors on our Core Shopping team who oversee the Amazon Detail Page, Homepage, Lists, and FMA (Featured Merchant Algorithm) teams. Customer Obsession is paramount for these teams, and together they build many of the key experiences our customers interact with whenever they shop with Amazon.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong mechanisms, and works effectively with Executive stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Directors and contribute to operational rigor, strategic planning support, and EA community initiatives across the broader Shopping organization.
Key job responsibilities
- 5 days/week in our Seattle office
- Complex calendar management, including coordination across multiple stakeholder groups and time zones, and proactive identification and independent resolution of scheduling conflicts based on executive priority.
- Coordinate the ROB (rhythm of business) for the Directors and their teams, including creating scalable workback plans and mechanisms
- Create team-wide planning tools for goal tracking and milestone management to ensure visibility across Directors leadership teams
- Manage international travel, and own creating agenda with inputs from the local team(s) and team stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of team-wide activities to include offsites, planning sessions, and morale activities
- Contribute to the Shopping EA community through knowledge sharing, participation in recruiting efforts, and assisting in org-wide initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
