Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order processing, product details, returns, refunds, and other related issues.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer communication, ensuring that all interactions are accurate, professional, and timely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide real-time solutions for customer problems.
  • Perform order tracking, shipment updates, and order cancellations as needed.
