We are recruiting for a fast-growing, multi-regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a global presence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Our client is committed to delivering innovative trading experiences, superior customer support, and robust digital platforms to our clients and partners worldwide.

Our client is currently seeking a Head of Online Marketing with strong Forex and financial markets experience to lead our digital growth, drive acquisition campaigns, and enhance our global online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with business goals, targeting retail and institutional Forex clients.

  • Lead all performance marketing efforts across digital channels: Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, YouTube, native ads, affiliates, SEO, email, and more.

  • Oversee and manage digital marketing teams, including PPC specialists, SEO experts, content writers, and media buyers.

  • Plan and optimise acquisition, lead generation, and retargeting campaigns based on ROI and CPA.

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging, offers, and funnel optimisation.

  • Lead website and landing page optimisation, including A/B testing and CRO strategies.

  • Analyse marketing KPIs and provide strategic insights and performance reporting to management.

  • Supervise budget planning and media buying across multiple regions (GCC, Europe, LATAM, Asia).

  • Stay updated on Forex marketing trends, regulatory restrictions, and digital innovations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing with at least 3 years in the Forex or online trading industry.

  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and user acquisition in regulated environments.

  • Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tag Manager, CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of tracking systems, UTM structures, pixel integrations, and multi-channel funnels.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and external partners/agencies.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

  • Familiarity with regulatory marketing guidelines across different jurisdictions is a plus.

  • English fluency required; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
