Position Overview - From Office

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR & Recruiter to join our team, combining core human resource management functions with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for both talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management

  • Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with company standards and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
  • Address employee grievances, promote workplace harmony, and ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
  • Oversee leave management, medical insurance administration, and other employee benefits.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with technical teams and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary packages and prepare employment offers.
  • Maintain a recruitment pipeline database for current and future hiring needs.
