<p><b><u>Position Summary:</u></b></p><p></p><p>The IT Project Management Lead Analyst is responsible for the governance processes associated with technology project delivery for the Finance Technology organizations supporting the delivery of a multi-year technology modernization project. Responsibilities include elements of project management, status tracking, communication with workstreams and internal/external stakeholders, content development to support communications, documentation of project artifacts, and facilitation of training and testing events.  This individual will work with users, technology and development teams, business workstream leads and other project team members and workstream teams.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Description & Responsibilities</u></b><b><u>:</u></b></p><p></p><p>The IT Project Management Lead Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Content creation to support Kick off meetings for project initiatives and other communication material,</li><li>Management of documentation on SharePoint and other project tools (Jira/Confluence)</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers and workstream leads to create, maintain and monitor project plan</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers and technology partners to create and maintain cutover and transition planning; support monitoring of cutover activity status.</li><li>Execute / administer program and governance management process inclusive of progress status reporting, risk and issue tracing and change control management. </li><li>Create governance committee materials.</li><li>Create broad communication materials for extended stakeholder teams</li><li>Support the administration and monitoring of Hypercare periods and performance relative to KPIs; may include routing issues and inquiries to appropriate subject matter experts</li><li>Assist change and workstream leads to ensure training, end user support coverage is without gaps; support may involve content creation and user support triage</li><li>Support loading and management of test scripts in testing tool Zephyr.</li><li>Monitoring and development of formal testing entrance and exit gate materials</li><li>Support the planning, administration and status reporting of testing cycles inclusive of tester & environmental readiness and defect tracking and remediation efforts.</li><li>Support development of testing scenarios in collaboration with workstream leads and QA teams; align testing scenarios to requirements for traceability.</li><li>Support test script development with workstream leads as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Competencies / Skills:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to review deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.</li><li>Ability to resolve conflict (striving for win-win outcomes); ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity</li><li>Ability to deal with organizational structures including ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.</li><li>Strong Influencing skills (sound business and technical acumen as well as skilled at achieving buy-in for delivery strategies)</li><li>Stakeholder management (setting and managing expectations)</li><li>Technical background in a variety of disciplines (Cloud/SaaS/PaaS, AI, Databases, Infrastructure)</li><li>Analytical skills, Highly Focused, Team player, Versatile, Resourceful</li><li>Ability to learn and apply quickly including ability to effectively impart knowledge to others.</li><li>Effective under pressure</li><li>Precise communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Experience Required:</u></b></p><p></p><p>Qualified candidates will typically have 5 - 8 years of project experience within technology projects inclusive of planning, status tracking, testing, and coordination & communication across multiple workstreams.  Successful candidates will be high energy, self-starters with a focus on quality output and project delivery success.  Successful candidates will have project experience in Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM technologies.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Experience Desired:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred</li><li>Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects/initiatives within agreed upon parameters while achieving the benefits and/or value-added results.</li><li>Demonstrated core project management skills including project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, resource planning, financial management, etc.</li><li>Experience with Agile delivery methodology</li><li>Desired Tool Experience & Project Practices: Oracle Cloud Tools (ERP & EPM), Microsoft Suite, Agile, Jira, Zeyphyr, Saviynt, Aveska, Sharepoint, and Confluence</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location & Hours of Work</b></p><ul><li>Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
