As a Manual & Automation QA Tester at Coats Digital, your role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by conducting both manual and automated testing throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet functional, technical, and user experience standards, ultimately supporting the successful delivery of solutions to our customers. Collaboration with QA teams, developers, and project stakeholders is key to driving a culture of excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement in product quality. Your key responsibilities will include reporting directly to the QA Lead / QA Manager, sharing knowledge with team members, participating in standups and QA level meetings, developing and executing manual and automation test cases, scripts, and plans, contributing to the development and updating of the automation test framework, assisting with exploratory and regression testing, providing Standard Test Reports to stakeholders, contributing to QA strategy and processes, ensuring quality output is maintained, tracking and maintaining defects, working with Developers to resolve software issues, and considering stakeholder and client expectations. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in software testing, hands-on experience in preparing Test Plans and Test Cases, a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices, proven ability to apply a structured approach to testing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, flexibility to work under pressure, experience with QA strategies for cloud-deployed software suites, practical experience in testing browser-based applications, and an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
