Marketing & Public Relations (PR) Manager Freight Alif

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-oriented Marketing & PR Manager to build a strong global presence for Freight Alif and lead our brand storytelling across social, digital, and public platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership:

Handle and grow Freight Alif's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Post engaging and professional content regularly to attract exporters, importers, and logistics professionals worldwide.

Create and manage content calendars, trending posts, and region-specific campaigns.

Content Creation & Video Marketing:

Plan and produce engaging short videos, reels, and YouTube content to promote our platform and its features.

Work with design/video teams or tools to deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Digital Advertising & Growth:

Plan and execute Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and track performance metrics like CTR, reach, and conversions.

Identify and leverage emerging digital trends to boost visibility and engagement.

Public Relations & Brand Image:

Manage press releases, media outreach, and industry partnerships to position Freight Alif as a thought leader in global trade and logistics.

Maintain brand consistency and voice across all channels.

Handle crisis communications and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Market Research & Strategy:

Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and digital innovations to stay ahead.

Identify new audience segments & growth opportunities across regions.

Report on campaign performance and brand reach with actionable insights.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with the founders, sales teams, and design/video creators to align marketing with business goals.

Support product launches, trade events, and investor communications with impactful marketing content.

Desired Skills & Experience

4+ years in digital marketing, PR, or brand management (preferably in tech, SaaS, or logistics/trade platforms).

Marketing & PR agency experience would be a plus point.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube marketing.

Strong content creation & copywriting skills (especially for professional B2B audiences).

Ability to create/coordinate video content (reels, short explainers, YouTube).

Proficiency with social media analytics & ad performance tools.

Excellent communication & PR relationship-building skills.

Creative thinker who is data-driven and trend-savvy.
