Oliver Wyman is looking for Summer Associates for a 10-week internship (from June to August) to work in teams and directly with our clients.

Our internship offers excellent growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals.

Role overview


As a Summer Associate, you will get the opportunity to break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements.

You will help plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses to be able to craft suitable recommendations.

You'll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.

Clients and colleagues look to Summer Associates for unique insight into the subject area they have chosen.

You'll work on challenging projects, striving for breakthroughs that have a significant impact on clients, industries, and societies from day one.

We'll ask you to speak up, challenging the status quo and constantly striving to build something new to shape our firm and the world around us.


You'll be a contributing team member from the start, working with senior colleagues and clients to build trust-based relationships and deliver breakthrough impact.

Your experience will be diverse, with each project offering new opportunities to expand your toolkit and to team with specialists who have deep subject-matter and technical expertise.

Who can apply?

We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Currently pursuing an MBA degree at LBS with strong academic achievement. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies. Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
