We developed a specialized programs for male and female clients, divided into two separate companies, focusing on Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Hormone Correction Therapy, and Youth Extension Services. We are committed to providing exceptional care and comprehensive support to our clients.




Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly versatile Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills, especially in sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Communication: Engage with potential clients using provided scripts to explain treatment plans and services.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in creating various documents, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administrative Support: Manage data entry, appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.
  • Patient Coordination: Oversee patient records, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
  • Content Management: Support social media management, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring content.
  • Billing Support: Assist with billing-related tasks.
  • Client Feedback Collection: Track medication deliveries and gather client feedback to enhance services.
  • VoIP System Management: Utilize VoIP systems effectively for communication with patients and team members.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Communication Skills: Must have native or advanced English communication skills, particularly for engaging with clients about treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in Documentation: Strong skills in creating various documents, including manuals and SOPs, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Proficiency in Cerbo EHR: Familiarity with Cerbo is a plus
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with VoIP systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), and other relevant tools.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Reliable computer and internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps via cable modem, DSL/Fiber only).
  • Reliable microphone and headset (noise-canceling preferred) and a webcam.
  • Zero environmental noise.
  • Backup Equipment : Backup laptop/desktop, internet connection, and power source a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented and Instruction-Focused: Must be highly detail-oriented, excellent at following instructions, proactive, with strong documentation skills and fast typing abilities.
  • Versatile and Adaptable: Comfortable on camera, proactive in managing tasks, and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Professional Presence: Must be present in a virtual video conference room throughout the shift.
  • Patient-Centric: Demonstrates genuine friendliness and empathy towards patients and clients.
  • Knowledge in Hormone Therapies: Familiarity with Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Hormone Correction Therapy, and Youth Extension Services is a plus.





Basic Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested.
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on.
  • Must have no other clients during required work hours.




Technical Requirements:

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
