Position Title : Staff Software Engineer (Martech / AdTech)

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems
  • Build and integrate APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences
  • Implement targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data
  • Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech / AdTech stack
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs)
  • Support experimentation, A / B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Technical Skills :

  • 15+ years of experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure).
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
